Your mindset when reading emails should be on 3 factors:
- Who is it from?
- Any email can be a SCAM?
- Verify everything that is NOT normal emails?
Working as an IT Professional for over 15 years I have seen and read many emails from user’s that received emails that were SCAMS. There are many types of emails scams.
The hackers play on your biggest emotion of “FEAR” to scare you into reaction of the emails.
